The Leader should design an effective meeting agenda that sets clear expectations for what has to occur before, during, and after the meeting to prevent hosting a meeting in which participants are unprepared, veer off-track, or waste the team's time. Leader should get feedback from your team members to make sure the meeting agenda is relevant and interesting to them. When the full team gets together, the problems at hand should be ones that have an impact on everyone and need everyone's help to resolve.
