Respuesta :

Amino acid A falls between the other two (B, C) in lysozymes primary structure .

because starting at the first  amino acid of the polypeptide and tracing your way along the length of the structure ,amino acid B occurs first ,then A, and finally ,close to the end of the polypeptide ,you find c.

What is lysozyme ?

Lysozyme is an enzyme that is able to lyse bacterial cell membranes and thus serve as an antimicrobial agent in foods . lysozyme occurs naturally in egg white ,but the purified enzyme is used on occasion as an additive in other foods ,especially soft cheeses. it functions as an antimicrobial agent by cleaving the peptidoglycan component of bacterial cell walls ,which  leads to cell death .

Primary structure of  lysozyme :the primary structure of lysozyme is a single polypeptide containing 129 amino acids . in physiological conditions ,lysozyme is folded into a compact ,globular structure with a long cleft in the protein surface .
