What is a Government?
This is defined as a group of people which have the authority to control or govern an area and are made up of different branches such such as the executive, legislature etc.
John Locke believed that the government had natural rights which is limited to only securing the life and property of its citizens and other rights shouldn't be violated which is therefore the reason why it was chosen as the most appropriate choice.
