Fayol warned the management against creating rival factions among the workers since doing so may eventually harm their morale and the project's interest.
The following actions should be performed to instil Espirit De' Corps:
1. There should be appropriate work coordination at all levels.
2. It is important to promote informal relationships amongst subordinates.
3. It is important to make an effort to instil excitement and zeal in subordinates so they can perform to the best of their abilities.
4. Employees who do well should be rewarded, and those who fall short should be given the chance to step up their game.
5. It is important to convey to subordinates the value of their work to both the organisation and society.
