Relational aggression includes such behaviours as trying to make others dislike a certain individual by spreading malicious rumours about the person.
Relational aggression is the term used to describe the harm done to interpersonal relationships or an individual's social position as a result of behavior. Damage done to relationships or an individual's social standing as a result of bullying or manipulative behavior among persons is referred to as relational aggression. People are guilty of relational aggression whenever they disseminate malicious stories or talk about other people. Individuals (mainly girls but not only limited to them) engage in relational aggression for the primary reason that they wish to maintain their social standing. This is the primary reason why relational violence occurs.
