The oropharyngeal airway is an intraoral J-shaped medical device, which is inserted in the mouth of a patient who is unconscious like in paralysis condition etc.  It is important to select the appropriate size of the oropharyngeal airway tube before inserting it into the patient's mouth to avoid any complications.
