Poor flexibility can result in a lot of things some of which include; injuries, pains in different parts of the bodies, inability to walk properly.

Flexibility can be described as the ability to move the body in different directions. Young individuals tend to be more flexible than the elderly ones because at this stage of their life thier bones and muscles are less rigid and can be rotated in different angles.

That is why is advisable to make exercises an essential part of our daily routine to make the bones of the body more flexible.
