My most recent meal was a cauliflower pesto dish. Not much flavor but was quick and easy. I felt underwhelmed on my first bite. There wasn’t much aftertaste to it and no flavor particularly stood out to me. It was underwhelming until I got to the bottom, it had dried tomatoes and red bell peppers both seasoned way too much. The flavor did not mix well at all, I ended up spitting it out and picking through anything red in this dish. There was not a great depth of flavor other than the overly seasoned fruits and veggies. But after i went back to eating the cauliflower and pesto, there wasn’t a big aftertaste. I washed it down with water and it had seemed like I never ate anything at all.
