In this situation, I will take the interview, as I do have knowledge for the same by taking permission from their respective authority. Making a candidate return without taking an interview will spoil the image of the organization.

In this situation, when I am unable to reschedule the interview, I will ask my manager and proceed with the same. This will help us to check whether the candidate is a good fit for the role or not.
