Some things that led to anti-Black racism being developed in the world included:

White supremacy.
Capitalism.

Anti-black racism came about as a result of capitalism when plantation owners in the Americas needed a cheap labor force to grow their cash crops.

White supremacy then contributed to this with many White people believing that they were the highest race and especially looking down on Black people.
