The Moon that rotates around the Earth is called a satellite.

What is Moon?

Moon is the natural satellite of the Earth which takes atleast one month to orbit around the earth. The distance between the Earth and the moon is approximately  384,400 km.

It is larger than the minor planet Pluto, with a diameter of around 2,159 miles (3,475 kilometers).

The gravity on the moon is just 0.17 times as powerful as it is on the surface of Earth despite being one-fourth the size of our planet and having a lower density.

Thus Moon is the only Satellite of the Earth.
