It's knowing that whatever happens your faith will still remain in Christ. In the bible, God speaks of things to do while we wait for his second coming and those include keeping the faith, turning from your sin, and praying. One verse in the bible that really explains what to do while we wait is in Hebrews 10:25 and it says Hebrews 10:25 instructs, “Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another — and all the more as you see the Day [of Christ's return] approaching.”
