Where it says <B or <A are angle measures. Set the bottom 2 or another 2 to 60 degrees. The 7 or 9.2 are side lengths. Make sure when the 2 angles are set to 60, one of those numbers is at 10. The thing in the upper left says if you double click on a circle, it locks and you can prevent it from changing when the angle reaches 60 this way.
