For short period it is OK but not for long run It will lead to various
deficiency .
Fruits and vegetables are best to eat but body needs grains,nuts,milk etc
from
which carbohydrate and protein need can be met.
Our diet should be combination of all nutrients.
Its good for weightloss body detox or intermittent fasting but not advisable
for every day.
Pls don't do this. Your body will not get all the energy it needs. If you continue to do this your body will eventually shut down and you will pass out because of the exhaustion. If you want to lose weight, try to look up different at home workouts and then just eat healthy. Also try not to eat as many snacks and just improve your mental health if that is a problem because eating could be a comforting mechanism.
