"The Crowd" is a suspense story by Ray Bradbury. The main character of the story, Mr. Spallner, learns that lonely people make part of the crowd.
Mr. Spallner is the main character of the story that got into an accident and was bleeding on the streets with men, women, and others gawking at him. When he was returning home he saw the same crowd looking at the other accident.
When he wanted to go to the police he was in an accident again and the same crowd was surrounding him that was present previously and now he will become one of them.
Therefore, the forces of evil are present inside us.
