The volume of a cylinder, found using 3.14 to approximate pi, is 30,395.2 cm3. The radius of the cylinder is 11 cm.

What is the height of the cylinder?
Express your answer as a whole number.
______ cm
I am so confused, Pls explain

Respuesta :

V=hpir^2
we can make it easir by solving for h already
divide both sides by pir^2
V/(hpir^2)=h

V=30395.2
pi=3.14
r=11
30395.2/(3.14*11^2)=h
30395.2/(3.14*121)=h
30395.2/379.94=h
80.002=h

about 80cm is height
