What Daryl said is correct and the relationship among them is a causation than a correlation, because we know that high pitched sound wave has more frequency than that of low pitched sound wave. and we also know that if the medium is same then velocity of wave is same* so if there is high pitched sound wave, it has shorter wavelength and if there's low pitched sound wave it has longer wavelength. since there's an inverse relationship between wavelength and frequency.
