time zones are just what they sound like, in certain areas, in one spot it might be 12:00am in the next time zone, it would be 1:00am
the reason there different time zones is because on one side of the world it's day, on the other side, it's night.
for example in Pacific time zone compared to the China standard time, china standard time is +13 hours ahead of a place like California, if that makes sense.
where I'm at it is 1:30am
