Which expression below gives the average rate of change of the function
[tex]h(x)= \frac{1}{2} (3 ^{x+1/2}) + 3[/tex] on the interval 0 < x < 3?

Respuesta :

I know
just use the slope
just do
(h(3)-h(0))/(3-0)

so
h(3)=[tex](27/2) \sqrt{3} +3[/tex]
h(0)=[tex](1/2) \sqrt{3} +3[/tex]

the average slope is [tex] \frac{13\sqrt{3}}{3} [/tex]
