How many people will be sick with the flu in 11 days?

The number of people grows by a factor of 1.08 per day, so
the number of people with the flu will equal 36*(1.08)^days
For 11 days it will equal 36*(1.08)^11
which equals 83.939 which rounds to 84 people.
