The question requires a personal answer, in addition to wanting to analyze your writing ability. For that reason, I'm not going to write your essay, but I will show you how to write it.

First, you will have to decide whether or not you agree with the expenditure of public money to explore the space. To reach that decision, you should read articles and essays that show the causes and consequences of this exploitation, as well as its positive and negative points.

After researching the topic and making a decision about it, you can write your essay.

Steps to writing an essay

• Introduction: Introduce the subject that will be addressed in the essay and show your opinion about it. This opinion is the thesis statement.

• Body: Write at least two paragraphs. In the first, you will reinforce your opinion, showing how correct it is and presenting evidence that it should be credited. In the second paragraph, you will show an opinion that is contrary to yours and will present information and evidence of how this opinion is incorrect.

• Conclusion: Summarize all the information presented, reinforce your thesis statement and show the importance of discussing this subject.
