I believe question 12 is 8(x+1)(x-1) and question 11 is a(4x-3)(2x+1)

11. $8ax^2-2ax-3a = a(8x^2-2x-3) = a((4x-3)(2x+1))=a(4x-3)(2x+1)$

12. $8x^2-8=8(x^2-1)=8(x+1)(x-1)$
