Why do we need science in athletic training?
- We need science because we need to treat certain injuries.
- If you have injured yourself during training, and their is no medic, you need to treat your injury by yourself.
- Also, when making things has protein shakes, and healthy food, you need to know how much to use by mesuring stuff. Such has "if i eat to many of this item, will it effect how i feel to work out?"
