Usually you say, thank you for your attention and if you have any questions then feel free to ask them now. This is what I say in the end of a presentation

Normally, I sum up my main points, and end with something strong. Then, I thank them for listening, and open the floor to questions. If it is a class presentation, I also like to sometimes include a quiz (if it is for educational purposes) so that the audience can engage and it is interactive (and not boring)
