Please explain how to do this, brainliest will be given! :)

the choices are doing a bit of rounding up btw, so hmmm let's use 19.8 as rounded up to 20 and the value of 9.8% as to be rounded up to 10%.
20(1) = 20, gives us our 100%
let's increase the rate of growth in the parentheses by 10%, put in decimal format that'll be 10/100 = 1/10 = 0.1, so if we increase the rate by 0.1, we'll have a rate of 1 + 0.1 = 1.1
20(1.1) = 22 = 20 + 2 = 100% + 10%
so now let's round up say 5.1% to simply 5%, which in decimal format will just be 5/100 = 0.05.
[tex]\stackrel{\textit{100\% plus 10\% extra}}{20(1.1)}\qquad \qquad \underset{2015~out put\textit{ of wheat}}{\stackrel{\textit{this amount~~~~~plus 5\% of that amount}}{20(1.1)~~~~~~~~~~(1.05)}}[/tex]
