Celery Stalk would be made of Cellulose, as it has a Rigid Cell Wall. This gives it it's chewy and hard texture. Plants as a whole also contain Chloroplasts and a Vacuole which Animal Cells do not. The Chloroplasts contain Chlorophyll which job is to absorb Light Energy and carry out Photosynthesis. The Vacuole stores Cell Sap which holds the salts and sugars needed for the Plant.
