Answer:
Part A: You, B and C: 23
A: 46
D: 69
Median: 28
Range: 46
Step-by-step explanation:
For a, we know 1 outta 20 students like country music, for You, friend B and C. So you would divide 460 by 20 which is 23, there would be 23 20's of students in 460, so 23x1 = 23 so for You, friend B and C would be 23.
For Friend A it's two, the same steps. 460 divided by 20 = 23 and 23 x 2 = 46, so for Friend A its 46.
For Friend D, it's the same, so 23 x 3 = 69
Part B
For the Median, add up all of the numbers and divide by the number of numbers in the data set. So 23+46+69 = 138 divided by 5 is 27.6 so we round to 28 so the median is 28
Fo the range, you just subtract the lowest number to the highest. Which is 23 and 69, so 69-23 = 46
Hope I helped you!
