The Holo-caust was a result of circumstances. Germany was left very weak, Hitler and the Nazis took advantage of this to garner support for an extremely powerful re-organization of the government, using the victims of the Holo-caust as the blame for why Germany lost WWI and why Germany was so weak. Essentially it was massive manipulation by the Nazis to create a sense of supremacy and perfection after a time when Germany was nothing more than a broke country with nothing left.
