To answer this we just need to multiply to see how many actually need to answer to be amended. So let’s multiply it out 5/6 * 87 = (5*87)/6 435/6= 72.5 and most will round up to 73. But either way you round it, 71<72.5 so the constitution would not be amended in this case.
