School drugs are alcohol, marijuana, tobacco, meth, etc. They are illegal. We can have parents pay close attention to who their child is friends with and hanging around. Pay attention to their after school activities. Lastly but not least, establish rules and consequences. Do something bad or illegal then you get your electronics taken away or something.
