He took a break and then bikes another 11th mile to take a snack, therefore the total miles covered by him = 25+11= 36 miles.

Every 3 miles out of the 36 mile, he took a drink, therefore the number of drinks he took = 36/3= 12

Every 9 miles out of the 25 mile, he took snacks therefore the number of snacks he took =36/9= 4

Therefore, the number of times he ate snacks through out the journey is 4 and the number of drinks he took is 12.
