• The fact that is is a strong and expanding nation
• the fact that it is capable of producing its own products
• the fact that it has a free enterprise system, management and labor.

What is the Beatification of the Highway Act?

The Act simply called for the creation of a more beautiful America. This was going to be achieved by modifying outdoor adverts, especially along the interstate system among other things.
