What types of technoestres exist?
- Processing speed: When a technological device does not have the ability to process information quickly, this generates stress in the user who is frustrated by not being able to advance quickly in their task.
- Lack of skills: When a person must perform several tasks on a device and does not know how to do it, it can generate stress due to the inability that the lack of knowledge produces.
- Physical saturation: When a person has spent many hours using a technological device, they may feel physical pain due to the position in front of the computer, irritation and pain in the eyes and discomfort in the hands.
