If you spend more points on a question, the person who answers your question will receive that amount of points. For example, You give 35 points for a question. the person who answers the question gets 35 points ADDED to their current point score. You, however, have 35 points DEDUCTED from your point score. You cannot give more points than you have, i.e. you have 40 points but plan to give 80 points for a question; you simply cannot do that and must always give points that are lesser than 40 or equal to.
