A customer, who states they will be leaving after

being a customer for over 15 years shows that there are tangible reasons to feel that way.

Being a loyal customer for over 15 years means that the customer has always at one point been satisfied with the customer's goods and services.

Hence for me to respond to negative social media comments, I will have to
