First and foremost, my sincerest greetings to you. I hope you are doing well and staying safe in these times. I want to express my deepest appreciation for the sum of money you've sent for me. Thank you for showing your act of kindness and I am so happy you've sent it for me.

I truly can't thank you enough for this. I haven't really gotten any gifts for my birthday so this truly means a lot to me. With the token you've sent, I will use it for a small trip to the theatre with two of my dear friends to see the new Spiderman movie. I've just turned 18 and I am seeking part time employment in and around common stores to help to pay my college tuition.

Thanks again for the present and do have yourself a blessed new year.
