The average temperature in the Arctic has increased by about 36 degrees F since the 1970’s. Species that depend on ice are at increasing risk because a lot of it is melting. Its effects make the Arctic more “accessible” because as more ice melts, that means more ocean access for ships and mariners.

Due to the various aspects of climate change the arctic or the north pole is severely damaged and factors like the rising in temperatures at the global levels and as the average temperature has increased to 36 F degrees.  

  • The arctic animal community of the lands is getting directly affected. The arctic freshwater is rising the global sea levels and due to which contamination and pollution are also on the rise.
