Answer: No they didnt have the right to take over other nations the other nations tried to fight back but they had boe and arrows and they had guns and bombs. The indians tried to help after they tought them how to grow crops hunt and do other stuff they killed some of the indians and that wasnt right so my answer is no you dont have the right to take over other peoples land.
