Here is my situation.
My friend and I were arrested for leading 23
people in a march down to city hall to
demand more playgrounds in their
neighborhood. We stood on the steps of the
building holding signs that read, "Kids need
places to play." The police fined all of us $50.
• Under which Amendment might someone like
me find protection? Explain how someone
like me is protected in a case such as this.
