Journal 25--Respond using three complete sentences.



You worked really hard on an essay, but you still got a low grade. Your mom encourages you to talk to the teacher, but you’re sure the teacher just doesn’t like you and there’s no point talking about it. What will you do?

Answer 1

I would talk to the teacher still and I would ask why my grade was so low. If they did not grade me paper like everyone else’s and they made sure I failed I would talk to the principal about it.

Answer 2

I would take it up with a position higher than the teacher, like a principal or assistant principal. To continue being in this teacher’s class would degrade my work and render my efforts useless. I would state my reasons for possibly being removed from this class and hope for them to understand.
