There are lots of ways. Some might work some might not.

1. Listen to a really boring lecture and fall asleep in boredom. (I almost fall asleep. I forced myself not to)
2. Force yourself to read a really boring book and fall asleep. (This worked for me)
3. If your area is cold, (This sometimes works for me) then eat something and cover yourself warm. Because of the warm temperature, you might get lazy and then doze off. (Might only work in the dark)
4. If none of this work, then maybe you can sleep after taking some sleeping pills. (never tried because there was no need to)
