That depends on how accurate you are with pen and paper.
You can tell it's a growing exponential, so the form is the traditional one. If you are particularly inclined in crunching numbers and working on a grid I would pick 0, 1 and -1, 1/2 and -1/2, a few positive integers, and that's it.
If not, i would be satisfied saying that when x = 0 (ie, the y intercept) y= 3, and that's all. Then, my drawing is made with paint, don't expect a masterpiece.
