In a class of 26 students, 15 like vanilla and 16 like chocolate and 3 do not like either flavor. How many students like both vanilla and chocolate ice cream?

Since 15 like vanilla and 16 like chocolate, the combined total that like both is 15 + 16 = 31

That doesn't make sense because there are only 26 students, but I'll leave you to talk to your teacher about that :)
