Well a program would have them learn why something is works well and why something doesn't work as well. It informs them on mistakes and how to fix them which they would use the solutions for better agricultural practice.
A program gives the farmers intent to learn more, and to keep learning. The program would be cheap so the farmers would be more inclined to take it. It would help the farmers to be aware of the importance of proper agriculture cultural practice.
