NEED HELP!!! 10 POINTS!!!
Taj knows that he wants to build muscle, particularly in his legs. He decides to hit the gym. He decides that he does not need a personal trainer because he pretty much knows how to use the equipment. As long as he works them all, he’ll see results. What advice would you give Taj?
