- Wear loose clothing

- Give yourself a rest when you need to

- Don't stress yourself too much

- Ask for assistance from your man and make sure he helps you

- Sleep a little more than you used to

- Host a baby shower

- Start buying baby supplies, food, drinks, and clothes from stores

- And play relaxing music!
