air writing is when you trace a word in the air as you spell it or learn it. it's like writing out the word without a pencil, but i don't think it helps much with organization--it usually helps with spelling or learning new words.

a title doesn't necessarily help organization for writing. it can help a child to focus, but titles don't help the disorganized writing of a child become intelligible.

i'm not sure what an alphabet line is, but regardless, i believe mind-mapping is the best answer. that method of organization usually includes picking a main topic then drawing a bunch of branches outward that relate to the topic. for example, your topic in a big bubble might be "crayons" and your branches might be "increase creativity" or "help learn and understand colors."
