The legislative branch is an elected position, therefore they are chosen by the people. The legislative branch of the federal government is made up of the congress which is broken down into two chambers, the senate and the House of Representatives.

My legislature's name will be The National Assembly. It will be unicameral, this means that it won't have two chambers like the US Congress (which has the Senate and the House of Representatives), It with only have one.

The National Assembly will be composed of 350 legislators chosen in a proportional system based on electoral districts of 10 legislators each one.

For example, in the first electoral district 10 people will be elected. These 10 people will be the ones who get the most votes.
