1. Doing "a random act of kindness". Doing something kind for someone makes us feel happy, because you feel like you have done something good for someone which makes us feel like we are good people which helps boost our self esteem, makes us feel good about ourself, etc.
2. Taking out time for yourself. When you are alone and doing the things you really love it makes you feel good, it helps with your mental health as you are away from the world and get a chance to connect with your true self.
Negative:
1. Going on social media. Having an account on social media is not so bad but the activity and the things that is done on social media has a big effect on your health. It can lower your self-esteem, become prone to having FOMO (fear of missing out), etc.
2. Disconnecting from others. Although spending time with yourself isn't entirely bad is it harmful if done too much. You become isolated from the world and can become selfish.
