The feeling of the cold crisp Autumn air gave a feeling of comfort and purity. As the orange leaves of fall landed gracefully upon the floor, I knew what I had to do now..my time has come. I hoisted myself onto my steed, Riptide and rode into the night. the purpose of my mission kept my head high and my determination close to my chest. A few hours passed and we were finally at our destination. I tied Riptide to a fence post and walked up to the front door of a small cottage. Before I could knock on the door, the door creaked open and a small child that looked to be at the age of 8 stood before me. “Who are you?” she asked with a feeling of fear and untrust. I kneeled down and answered," A girl with a deal in mind and the loot to act upon it she wanted my horse to get passed by and her horse was her only way to travel, so i couldn't give up riptide. The girl had one other option is to find her missing ring all the way in Florida and at the time im all the way in new York i was doomed but the i remember the path i made with riptide long ago the route was from new York to Pennsylvania to west Virginia to north Carolina to south Carolina to Georgia finally to Florida finish this

She offered to trade hers with mine but i refused, Riptide was too special to me.. to-. before I could finish my thought the girl started wailing like something a nomad like me has never heard before.She screamed of her lost ring in Florida that her late father had given her. However, we were in New York not Florida. I then remembered the path me and Riptide had taken and offered her to ride with me to find it since I needed to go there anyways to deliver medicine.

She enthusiasticly agreed and climbed onto my horse. I then hoiseted myself up once more and rode into the forest, just like i did when i was younger with a mission and a reward in mind…to see the gleaming faces of children again.
